SWEDEN & THE ARCTIC CIRCLE 2025
6th August to 4th September 2025

This will be the biggest tour we have ever offered. In fact, it is more of an expedition than a tour!
Travelling overland through the Netherlands and Germany, our first main stop in Scandinavia
is in Denmark where we visit wonderful Copenhagen. We then cross the magnificent Oresund
Bridge over to Sweden where we head for the historic naval city of Karlskrona. From there
we follow the eastern archipelago up to the capital Stockholm. We then begin the leg of the
journey that skirts the Gulf of Bothnia all the way to the Arctic Circle. Our destination is Lapland
in Finland with a chance to see Santa and the Northern Lights. We then follow a different path
back via the west of Sweden as we head back into civilization. We have stop-overs in northern
Sweden to visit the ancient lands of the Sami people and then stops in Gothenburg and Malmo.
We then head back through Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands.
