We respond to contact form and email queries within 24 hours. Please check your email spam folder if you have not heard from us within that time as your email filters may prevent our messages getting through.

Please note that as we are away from home for half the year, we may be abroad when you call. In this case the call is forwarded to our mobile phone at our expense. You will not be charged for the international call so you do not need to hang up if you hear an international dial tone.
