This was our second Crossings tour and it was another great experience. Rebecca and Andy were excellent tour leaders, friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and providing a great balance of support and interaction with the group. The campsites were all great locations enabling us to explore the locality. All had facilities of the expected standard. The Malta site in Austria is outstanding. The highlights of the tour for us were the Slovenia stops and the Korana national park in Croatia. Thank you again for all the organising and planning. We’re looking forward to travelling with you again next year.

This trip was the most amazing experience Paul and I have ever had on a holiday. Rob and Chrissie, what can I say, we couldn’t have done it without them. Rob and Chrissie were there to meet all the campers as they arrived at each site, welcoming each person as they arrived provided all the necessary information. Rob and Chrissie were amazing, organised, welcoming and were always there if we needed support.

The trip to Lake Garda was amazing thank you so much. We just wanted to say that Rob and Chrissie the tour leaders were absolutely brilliant.

First of all, we'd like to thank Rebecca and Andy for hosting our tour. They made the trip excellent and were there for when we arrived at each campsite. They were also there if we had any questions or issues and informed us of the campsite details and any local information as needed.

Rebecca and Andy were good fun and were an integral part of the holiday. It was very reassuring for us that there was someone there in the event of any issues or problems, especially as we were so far away from the UK. They took all the stress and worry away from us, so we could enjoy our tour.

The holiday for us was excellent, we enjoyed ourselves immensely and maximised our involvement in the countries and places we travelled through and visited.

We had a great trip to Lake Garda with lovely, friendly and caring leaders Chrissie and Rob. What wonderful places and views we visited. Once again, an enjoyable trip ably supported by Chrissie and Rob and also the rest of this group.

We really enjoyed our trip to Lake Garda and Venice, and there were many positive aspects to the holiday. In particular, we appreciated the effort made by the campsite leaders to keep our group together, which was Lovely and helped create a good group atmosphere. Overall, we had a very enjoyable trip and loved Lake Garda and Venice.

We really enjoyed the tour to Tuscany and Rome with Gwyn and Debbie. They were great tour leaders, always very friendly, organised and willing to help.

The trip was excellent as per usual but Gwyn, Debbie, Rob and Chrissie were excellent at there job.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour, it just wasn’t long enough, which I’m guessing is a common comment. However this tour gave us a snapshot of how beautiful and scenic these locations are for a return visit. We had a great experience, made some unforgettable memories (River Aare swim/float and walking on the glacier at Jungfrau), also met some lovely people along the way. Gwyn, Debbie, Rob and Chrissie were all very friendly and approachable. If needed they were always available to provide any information. All campsites we stayed at were very clean, Annecy and Interlaken were particular standouts.

Just to say we really enjoyed the tour. It was very very hot as you know but we still managed to do it justice. We really liked the cities and towns that were part of the tour. We really liked the length of days and nights at Annecy Bern and Interlaken. We also appreciated the trip to Geneva from Annecy and the group meal. They were really nice additions. Thank you. We were so pleased to be able to go on the trip.

We finally returned home last Sunday from our extended Swiss & French Alps tour. We had a great time and must thank you for all your hard work researching and putting these tours together. We would never have ventured so far and had the experiences, had we been left to our own devices.

First we would like to say we enjoyed the tour. We went to places we haven't been before and met some lovely people. Andy and Rebecca were efficient, friendly, helpful and calm. Good luck with next year's tour.

We had a wonderful time and saw some areas we would not have thought of going to on our own. I would definitely recommend the tour to anyone! And we would happily go away with Rebecca and Andy again. We liked Andy and Rebecca, they were organised and had the sites sorted by the time we got there, I think the Pamplona site gave them headaches but they sorted it out, they didn’t switch off until all vans were in, It seemed that they made good efforts to get to know everyone and the “get togethers” they hosted were well received, very friendly couple and a good choice as tour leaders.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Spain & Portugal tour with its interesting destinations & varied campsites. We also enjoyed meeting our fellow travellers, some for the first time & some we have met before. We particularly liked visiting St. Emilion with its monolith Church, Porto & the fishing village of Angeiras, & Tapia - although all a bit hilly for one of us! - but everywhere we visited was interesting and beautiful. The travel distances were OK, but as usual we tended not to follow the given routes & we found some very scenic routes off the beaten track.

We loved this trip and would thoroughly recommend the opportunity to explore new areas in the comfort of the knowledge that others were on hand make it so much more accessible. It was a great group all of whom had been on tour before and the opportunity to learn from their experiences was invaluable. 10 of us are on the Baltic trip next year and we are looking forward to renewing their acquaintance. Thank you for all the effort you put into giving us such great memories.

This tour suited us very well. Colin and Sue were 'as expected' (very good) and settled those new to overseas touring with their usual care. The format of three nights at the main sites made a lot of sense.

Well what a great tour it has been, I’d like to say it was all down to the weather which played a great part with none stop sun, the other guests were a good bunch and quite a laugh and of course Sue and Colin were very professional and friendly and always willing to help out with any problems and of course the bacon sandwiches and wine evening went down a treat. Couldn’t fault any of the sites but our favourite was at St Malo and close second was Concarneau.

Just letting you know how much we enjoyed the tour down to Brittany and Normandy the sites you had chosen was excellent along with the help and guidance we received from Colin and Sue was first class they could not have been more helpful a credit to them both.

Both Suzanne and I have had a brilliant time in France. Colin and Sue couldn’t have done anything any better, they were very informative and always on hand for any problems we or any of the other parties had. It’s going to be a great loss to your company now that this was their last tour. I do hope that the rest of your tour guides are as good as Colin and Sue as we will be booking more tours with you.

Nikki and I had a great time. Colin and Sue were excellent guides. Always available when we needed them and some very helpful advice and information given at each of the campsites we stayed at. They arranged several informal get togethers for us all which helped enormously with integration of the group. The whole group were very friendly and eager to pass on helpful advice to us newbies. We thoroughly enjoyed the WW11 memorials and museums although only had time to take in a few so, will be back for sure to catch up on the ones we missed this time.

We had a fabulous time in France. Sue & Colin were exceptional hosts, with lots and lots of information regarding pitches on sites, information on the campsite itself, shops, restaurants, pools etc. also fuel & supermarket locations on route. Site seeing information and route co-ordinates for parking, they even took you to the bus stops to visit the towns / villages. This was our first time in Europe with our Motorhome and we found the support & information so helpful, we are now looking forward to traveling with Crossings Motorhome Tours in the future. Thanks, once again for a fabulous holiday in France.

We have enjoyed the trip and meeting up with a lovely group of people. As well as it being our first foray abroad in the van, it was also our first group event, we don’t normally do rallies or similar so it was great to find that totally enjoyable too, as well as being allowed to do our own thing at times. You were both great, hard working, yet still relaxed and so much fun!

The Sweden ‘expedition’ was my first Crossings tour, and also my first time driving my motorhome in Europe, and as a solo traveller I was naturally a little apprehensive at the start of such a long trip. However, I need not have worried and everything went according to plan. My fellow travellers were all very friendly and supportive, and Colin, Sue, Gary and Eleanor were great tour leaders. Everything was very well organised, with many suggestions of en-route stops, and a welcome by the tour leaders on arrival at each campsite. The campsites were all of a good standard and in great locations, allowing much sightseeing to be done on foot and by public transport. All in all, a great tour and highly recommended.

We enjoyed the trip immensely. And huge thanks to Ian & Linda for their leadership. They were there when you needed them and available just in case when everything was fine.

Firstly we would like you to know we had a brilliant time, visiting some far reaching places we would probably have never attempted by ourselves and as usual the company of other travellers creates a wonderful supportive environment combined with many enjoyable shared experiences. There was a great variety of amazing places to see and we gained lots of informative facts and history at each of our destinations, together with some bucket list experiences, bonus events and fantastic meals with old and new friends. Colin and Sue were once again great tour leaders, very professional, giving clear precise direction and information as needed and providing support to people when things did not go to plan.
They provide a much needed feeling of security, so far from home.

Really enjoyed our first trip with Crossings. Both pairs of leaders were very friendly, helpful,and welcoming. Some of the drives were very long and could maybe have had a couple more two night stays, but we appreciate that this would have extended the trip. Overall, from initially booking the tour to the information you provided, the communication from yourself and Bob, the friendliness of both sets of tour leaders - Debbie, Gwynn, Rob and Chrissie - and the practical arrangements made, we can only say it was an excellent tour - well thought out, well planned and well executed! A great trip for our re-introduction to motorhome touring after a long time. Debbie, Gwyn and also Chrissie and Rob were a great help throughout and an asset to you.

This was one of the best tours we have done with Crossings. Amazing destinations and touring parks particularly Interlaken. Who could dream of waking up to the view of the Eiger, Jungfrau and Munch right before our eyes. Similarly Annecy with its lovely town and blue waters of the Lake. The camping site at in Bern was right on the river famous for locals having daily dips and floating down to Bern. We took the non motorway drive from Beaune over the Jura mountains, up and down winding turns with wonderful scenery. All the touring parks were good the best being at Interlaken and Annecy. Our two sets of tour guides were helpful as expected, Gwynn and Debbie and newbies Rob and Chrissie. The great weather helped our enjoyment despite the occasional very high temperatures.

Home after a fantastic trip. We thought the Garda trip would take some living up to, but this one has done that in spades. We thought all the sites we stayed at were all excellent especially the Swiss site with its amazing view of the snow capped alps. What a treat it was to wake up to that. Annecy another great site in a wonderful town and Strasbourg another beautiful town. Gwynn and Debbie looked after us all very well and were on hand to welcome and pitch us at every site quite often in unbearably hot conditions. Deputy leaders Rob and Chrissie were also on hand and I am sure they are going to be great hosts. We enjoyed the trip to Geneva and feel we seen a lot of it in the time we had there thanks to the driver. Sorry we can’t think of any way you could improve on this tour you got it spot on.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Swiss and French Alps Tour. Gwynn and Debbie were excellent tour leaders, friendly and professional. Chrissie and Rob were a delight to spend time with, and will obviously make the ‘grade’. All four tour leaders ensured that our time spent with Crossings was enjoyable and we always felt included. Enjoyed the tour route, went via some very interesting minor roads and villages which we would never have seen without switching off motorways/toll rds on google maps.

We arrived safely back in England, thank you, after a great tour around France. It certainly gave us what we were looking for in a holiday, with the freedom to do what we actually wanted to do. All sites we were booked into were excellent. Our tour leaders went above and beyond the call of duty, making it easier on arrival of every campsite and allocating the pitches. They were very approachable, great all round tour leaders.

Another amazing trip with Crossings - the French Tour this time. Great sites, plenty of interesting places to visit & time to relax & enjoy the company of our friendly fellow travellers too. Given this was our first time on a Crossings Motorhome Tour holiday and our first time even driving abroad to say we were both nervous and anxious prior to setting sail was an understatement. But we need not have worried. Andy and Rebecca put us at ease at Dover along with other travellers who we had just met.

All campsites were perfectly located and as described in the tour pack, near to both public transport links and within walking distance of the towns or villages. The navigation coordinates were on point.

Andy and Rebecca were fabulous tour guides. Both bring their own qualities and complement each other perfectly. They were informative, welcoming, friendly, professional, coupled with great sense of humour . Which made for an extremely relaxing holiday. It was always a great comfort at the end of the drive to see Andy at the campsite entrance on his bike with his big hat on waving us all through!! Then Rebecca on hand to point us to our pitch and provide the campsite information. Perfect!

The group was a perfect blend, excellent company, lots of laugh and great fun. We could not have asked for more.

We look forward to to many more Crossings tours in the coming years.

Our tour-guides, Andy and Rebecca were amazing, verry friendly and helpful. They were full of information on places to go, eating out as well as site information. We really liked it when arriving on site, Andy met everyone at the entrance, made sure we didn’t end up joining the end of queues outside the sites, and guided us to our pitches. Rebecca would be on hand to welcome everyone and hand out all the relevant information, we can’t thank them enough. We had a fantastic time, meet some really nice people and seen a lot of great places. We are now looking forward to our trips next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed the France Grand tour, visiting place old and new. The weather was kind to us and, for us the sites were good. Our favourite was Pont d'Arc, (no canoeing this time) but no complaints about the For us, Andy and Rebecca were good leaders, providing a 'light touch', there if we needed assistance or advice when required. A brilliant tour! Where next?

Thank you - for the France Grand Tour - we had a great time and everything went really well. As before, Rebecca and Andy were outstanding - careful arrangements, meeting us at the campsite barriers in order to avoid having to go to Reception each time, identifying where we would need to take on water and having identified and coned off a pitch selected for our particular needs (larger than average Motorhome). Also for the friendly, social get-togethers.

As experienced travellers comfortable with driving in Europe, we were unsure how we would enjoy an escorted tour. Suffice it to say, we did! For us, it struck the right blend of organisation and freedom. Having someone else do the organisation was very helpful at a time when we had a lot going on as we prepared for retirement; this tour was the bookend to our working careers spanning 5 decades.

We absolutely adored the Netherlands - Delft in particular. We enjoyed Kinderdijk and Keukenhof and were lucky enough to have beautiful weather for both trips.

All in all, we really enjoyed our first trip with Crossings. The success of the trip is down to the people. We all got on well, with a few of us having already committed to another trip next year. I think that says it all.

We've just returned from the Three-Country Taster Tour. This was another excellent Crossings Motorhome Tour which was blessed with wall to wall sunshine and a great group of people who seemed to enjoy each others' company just as much as the weather! We're already looking forward to our next tour with Crossings.

We have really enjoyed our latest trip with you. As usual Colin and Sue were fantastic hosts.

We had a lovely time in Lake Garda. As expected Gary & Eleanor were excellent tour leaders & it was great to see them again. No complaints with any of the sites. The Aosta site, Lazy Bee, was lovely, even if the buses took a bit of working out. We had the site to ourselves on the way back. The Lake Garda sites were good with perfect locations & we took advantage of the excellent ferry services, going on 9 separate ferry trips. The lakeside villages were beautiful. Our fellow travellers were really nice & everyone seemed to get on well together.

We can honestly say the trip was amazing, also our bosses (lol) Eleanor and Gary. What an amazing experience we had together with our group of amazing people who have now become all our friends, we had a ball. Hope you have a fantastic year on your journeys

Firstly I would like to say how much we thoroughly enjoyed the trip! It was our first time abroad and were quite apprehensive about it, especially the driving. This proved to be much easier than we thought it would be and so eased worries on the first day overseas. It was a doddle on the toll routes and by the end we were pleased to go off toll and found that easy to, whilst experiencing some of the pretty French villages.

All the camp sites were great and either had a local bus service, were in walking distance to a town or village or had beautiful views. The tour pack was a great help and very informative. Gary and Elenor were always there to guide us in to each one and ready with a handful of useful local information which was an absolute bonus. We also had great help from Gary when we got lost trying to find one of the sites in the middle of Beaune. The food there was great but washing/showering facilities were a bit dirty.

Another aspect was getting to know the group we were with and this also made it for us. When you go alone you run out of things to say to each other and the group we were with were great, loads of banter and laughs that we wouldn't have got on our own. We had an absolute blast and many of us hope to meet up again in the UK or on another of your brilliantly organised trips.

We found the itinerary, campsites and company superb, all enhanced in the enjoyment by Andy and Rebecca who have a deft touch in ensuring all runs smoothly. We cannot speak highly enough of how welcoming they were while allowing you to enjoy your own holiday. It has opened our horizons to an area we would never have considered visiting. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this holiday.

We are still travelling after an amazing tour. As you must be well aware, Andy and Rebecca were exceptional tour leaders. Very well organized, friendly and professional. We couldn't have wished for better.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, thank you. The group as a whole were great and we have made some long term friendships. Rebecca and Andy were great tour leaders, very welcoming and their organisational skills were terrific, arrival at each site was made very easy for everyone and from discussions with some of the other couples with the larger vans, this was very much appreciated and took a lot of stress out when arriving to each site. The highlight of the tour was Lake Bled, it is a beautiful place with so much to do, we would have loved to have stayed there longer! We were impressed by on site facilities at a lot of the sites, including some lovely restaurants and location wise, it was easy to get to places via walking cycling or local transport.

Brian and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rebecca and Andy as tour guides. Slovenia is a beautiful area to visit with lakes and mountains and we particularly enjoyed the Postojna caves. Lake Bled is stunning as are the Plitvice lakes. Both capital cities didn’t disappoint and were well worth visiting.

Well where do we start it was the most amazing holiday and we met some fabulous friends along the way. Ian and Linda went above and beyond making everything fab all the info they gave us as we are new to motor homes holidays and just loved France.

We would just like to say what a fantastic trip this was with you, everything was well organised and planned. The rest of the tour group were great company, everyone gelled and we had lots of laughs and fun. Ian and Linda were excellent tour hosts and went out of there way to go the extra mile and help with any problems.

Firstly we must say what excellent and hard working tour leaders Ian and Linda were which made the tour so much nicer and although the weather was not great we still enjoyed the trip and met some lovely like minded people as well, driving through the fabulous countryside in the Provence area and the wonderful winding roads of the gorges was just great and we have lots of stunning photos of these areas, not forgetting Kev's favourite place Beaune where he purchased the best wine that he has ever drunk ! All in all a great holiday and we look forward to touring with you again in the future.

As first timers with Crossings we were somewhat apprehensive ahead of the trip, but I'm pleased to say that just about everything surpassed our expectations We had a great time and would thoroughly recommend it to others. We were immediately impressed at just how many of the group had previously holiday'ed with Crossings - a great advert in itself. Nothing was too much trouble for Linda & Ian, who had a gadget/spare part for every eventuality.

A fabulous tour! The tour leaders Ian & Linda were excellent - very friendly, knowledgeable, & extremely well- organised. We enjoyed the organised events such as the meal & the breakfast (a very nice surprise) as well as the impromptu get-togethers - a lovely balance. The places we visited on the tour were amazing and we found some fantastic scenic routes between campsites. Never having visited this part of France before, we were surprised by how beautiful the whole area was. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed the tour & the company of a great group of people, with many laughs along the way. We look forward to the next one !

Thank you for the opportunity to join a group and travel on the continent. It was our first time and we needed confidence to do it again for ourselves. Sue & Colin were great tour leaders and helped all of us along in some way shape or form. The notes that were provided regarding routes, stop off places on the way and points of interest at each venue were comprehensive and optional so we could choose to do nothing (shelter from the rain!) or go off visiting as the fancy took us. We have made some good friends who we intend to keep in touch with.

Tour was very good, and tour leaders Sue and Colin, excellent as usual...the tour took us to places that enabled us to visit specific locations we wanted to go to, so in that sense very much a success.

This was our first time motorhoming in Europe so we are so glad we chose to book with Crossings.
From the tour leaders to the choice of sites and locations everything was first class and exeeded our expectations. Our tour of Lake Garda - we could fill pages suffice to say it was amazing and unforgettable.
The organisation from the literature sent beforehand to the sites booked in advance is great with easy to follow maps, instructions and help on hand throughout. All of the tour guides were professional, friendly and helpful especially Gary and Ellie who worked their socks off getting the campsites organised for our arrival and much more. Also Bob and Wendy who were always on hand to help and encourage us. It was also great to share our tour and meet with other motorhomers all of whom we would love meet again on our travels.
Thanks Crossings for introducing us to Europe and we cant wait to return.

The tour was totally fantastic, a few reasons. One, because the group were brilliant to be with, and of course our favourite tour leaders! But also the many places we stayed at, we enjoyed it all. I feel this tour could easily be 25 days, stay a little longer on some sites and maybe drive down and stay in Alps nearer the Gorges-du-Verdon.

We have just come back from the Provence and Ardeche tour and I just wanted to let you know what a fabulous time we had. Ian and Linda were great tour leaders and we really enjoyed ourselves.

As you know this was our first trip to anywhere in Europe in the motorhome and we must say that Linda and Ian as tour leaders were absolutely brilliant, they kept us informed each day of where we were going and what to expect and also gave us great information on places to visit en route and from campsites. Each evening they were available for any questions we had. We visited some beautiful places and have lots of wonderful photographs. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip with your company and other guests and looking forward to our next one in September 2025.

We have have recently returned from an absolutely fantastic Crossings trip to Tuscany & Rome. It was my husband`s first time driving abroad & I am disabled, so we were both rather nervous. However, our tour guides, Andy & Rebecca, soon put us at our ease. They were always so cheerful, informative and supportive that we were able to enjoy all the amazing scenery everywhere we visited. We were also free to explore on our own if we so wished. We were lucky enough to have perfect weather & a friendly& helpful group of fellow travellers. We loved every minute of the tour and hope to travel with you again soon. Thank you so much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first tour with you, the tour leaders were brilliant and the sites were great. The get togethers were great and the tour meal a good opportunity to talk to the others.

As this was my first Crossings tour I was really impressed with Linda and Ian as they couldn’t do enough for me and my sister. They are excellent group leaders so thank you ever so much to them. The trip was fantastic, the group meal was good and I will definitely be doing another Crossings tour.

Now that we are back in lovely British weather we can really reflect on a superb time on the Rome / Tuscany tour. The weather was very good to us , even too good sometimes. We really appreciated all the work and planning that went into preparation of the trip. Great campsites, everyone. It took a while to get used to the idea that our place on the site would be ready for us and that Andy & Rebecca would be there to guide us in, every time. Andy & Rebecca were great “ babysitters “, always being available and always helpful. After our cab battery died that were a great help, as well as helping find a camping chair for us. It’s been christened the A&R chair. Although we were the oldies on the trip, we felt we managed it well enough to do another! But which one? Thanks for a great trip,

It was a fantastic tour that included so many lovely famous places and some lesser known but very spectacular towns (some of which we visited between site stops). The sites might not have been all 5 star but were all in great locations to visit the local attractions. In summary a great three country tour, fab tour leaders, visiting some amazing places and a tour we would have no hesitation in recommending.

May we start by saying what a fantastic time we had during our tour, an experience we will carry for the rest of our days. Firstly a big thanks to Linda and Ian, they couldn't do enough for all the members of the tour, from sorting issues with pitches to providing information on local sites and services. When issues of a more personal nature arose, they were quick to deal with them and sensitive to people's feeling. The information provided on the sites by yourselves and the guides helped a great deal and we are not sure who provided these but the passes provided for local travel helped immensely when getting around. The coach trip to Geneva was brilliant as the coach Driver went above and beyond taking us to other locations on route and not just to the centre and back. Finally, a big thanks to the rest of our tour party for their, friendship and company during the trip, everyone worked together sharing information and experience to make sure no one was left struggling in any way throughout the tour. For yourselves we would not hesitate to attend one of your tours again.

We have had the most fantastic time on this tour, it couldn’t have been better. From start to finish everything was just great. We’ve absolutely loved it. This is our second tour with yourselves and I can’t praise it enough.
Linda & Ian have once again been absolutely brilliant. Anything at all and they are on it, anything that needs nipping in the bud is done with much care and respect. I was in need of a tin of tomatoes at the end of the tour and was asking my friend for some, next moment Ian was there with some, such kindness and awareness of his fellow motorhomer’s is amazing. I feel this level of care and safety for people on the tour is above and beyond any other tour company.

An excellent trip giving us the opportunity to see and experience some beautiful places and scenery, the entire trip was well planned from the start of the holiday through to our departure at Calais, friendly and knowledgeable tour leaders who were also very helpful.

We really appreciate the hard work Ian and Linda put into making our tour work. They were friendly, approachable and polite, quick to give us advice and detailed information on each site and town.
We like the whole Crossings tour ethos where you guide us throughout the tour from start to finish. We won’t hesitate to book a tour with you again in the near future.
