If we cancel your tour for any reason (including COVID-19) you are entitled to a 100% refund of monies paid. This will be refunded with seven days in the event of cancellation.

If you cancel your tour, under normal circumstances you would not be entitled to a refund or transfer. However, if you choose to cancel over concerns about COVID, we will provide you with a voucher to the full value of monies paid. This voucher can be used against any tour in the same year, or following year (subject to availability). You can request a voucher at any time after booking up until one month before departure date.

By accepting a voucher you would not be entitled to a cash refund if we subsequently cancel the tour you were booked on, or the tour that you transfer to. If the tour you transfer to also gets cancelled, your voucher will be carried over again. The voucher has no cash-in value at any time and can only be used as a credit against another tour.


You reserve the right to cancel your tour for any reason at any time but please be aware that our normal terms and conditions apply under these circumstances.

This guarantee is an extension of your terms and conditions in your favour and allows you to book with confidence. If COVID-19 does affect your holiday you are guaranteed either a full refund or a transfer.
